Heck yes!!!

Friday, November 30, 2007

I suck at blogging. The reason I post ever other month is because I'm not good at writting in blogs. I still like it and I have every intention of keeping it. But I cannot think of anything that I might have to say being so important that the two and half people who read this blog would be interested. I digress, maybe I'll keep a travel log next semester. Maybe Micah will help me revamp this thing. Maybe far away, maybe real near by. He's sittin' pourin' her coffee, she's sittin' straighten' his tie.

This is the most blantently Austin moment of the summer caught on video. And in turn the most Jeffrey moment of the summer. Enjoy.

I read this sign while in The Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park in southern Utah. I thought it was well written and an excellent example of the ever changing Earth.

April 16, the day, the month.

April is a bad month. I've said it before, I'll say it again. Bad things happen in April. What an awful day. 33 people have died in Virginia. 9 years ago a tornado ripped through downtown Nashville on this day. Not only will this event go down in the history of April, but there are many others. The Oklahoma City bombing, Hitler's Birthday, Tax Day and the Columbine shootings all happened in the month of April. What I think Shakespeare really meant was, "Beware the ides of April"

"and the angel of the Lord appeared to them"

Sometimes security is just a thumb and a Blanket. I love Charlie Brown. It reminds me of all the things that were awesome about being a kid. When your dog was your absolute best friend. When sleep overs were a special occasion. When naps were all the energy you needed to make it through the afternoon. The Great Pumpkin made you really excited. You decorated for Halloween in August. ( I was probably alone on that one) Life was secure when you had a blanket and a thumb.

So I'm real lame, but I know that so it's okay. My roomate moved out yesturday, leaving me with a dormroom to myself. I decided to get a Christmas Tree. I don't blog often cuase there is not a whole lot I can say to y'all that really matters. But I do love the movie Polterguiest.

I really wanted to say in this entry that I created a .mac webpage but only becuase it is currently free which will expire in like 32 days. I did this only so that I could create a podcast in which I could display videos of Whitney, Taylor and Myself doing rediculously dumb things. please check it out

If you click the link above it should take you to the itunes music store and into the podcast window. IF not just search "Lessons in Life" and the artist name is Mitch's friends.

I found out that Stever Irwin died today from a stingray. I can't believe the invicible man wasn't invincible for once. I loved him a lot. I've always been a big fan of his show and what he did. I'm really gonna miss him. Here's what's even sadder. He left his wife and his 8 year old daughter, and three year old son behind.

It has recently been released on the web that M. Night Shyamalan is a possible candidate for directing either the six or seventh Harry Potter films. If you know me at all you will understand that there are two places in my heart. These two places are reserved for Shyamalan films and Harry Potter. There could possible merge into a large supersection of happiness. Rapture!

It's that time again... A Shyamalan release!

Gunmen at the Best Western

Quick Lindsay story. If you have never been around Lindsay when she’s sleeping, she is quite a spastic sleeper. She will sit up very quickly to say something she won’t remember hours later. One night her mom and her were sleeping in their room. When Lindsay knocked something off her bed. (Also, she sleeps with piles of junk on her bed) She immediately woke up and exclaimed to her mother that their were gunshots outside her room. When Dianne looked next to the bed she discovered that Lindsay had knocked her Hot Tomalies off. Lindsay wouldn’t calm down and insisted that Dianne check the window for gunmen. Well it really was Lindsay’s Hot Tomalies and she really did think that it was a gunshot.
